Eligible Refunds

Refunds are issued when a cancellation falls within the window described in our Cancellation Policy, or when Sunny Egypt cancels a trip.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Partial Refunds

Some trip types (multi-day trips, Nile cruises) carry a partial-refund window as described in the Cancellation Policy — for example, a 50% refund for cancellations within 7 days of departure.

Non-Refundable Situations

• No-shows at the agreed pickup point or time.
• Cancellations outside the eligible window for that trip type.
• Optional add-ons already redeemed or used (e.g. a hot air balloon flight already taken).
