You'll start on land with the basics — how free divers breathe, relax, and equalize — before moving into the shallow, glassy-calm Lagoon for your first supervised breath-hold dives. A certified instructor stays with you throughout, focusing on safety and proper technique rather than depth or performance. By the end of the session you'll have felt what it's like to hold your breath comfortably underwater, watched the sandy bottom and passing fish in total silence, and picked up skills that carry over into snorkeling, scuba, or a future free diving certification.
