Desert Safari & Bedouin Camp
From €37
The desert behind Dahab is part of the wider Sinai — dramatic, mountainous, and largely untouched by development. This safari runs by quad bike or 4x4 into the dunes and wadis, ending at a Bedouin camp where the pace slows down for sweet tea, a simple meal, and often a fire once the sun goes down.
Because Sinai's desert has almost no light pollution, an evening trip doubles as some of the best stargazing you'll find anywhere in Egypt — clear, dark skies and a genuine sense of the Bedouin way of life that's shaped this region for generations.
Evening departures are the best value and usually return you to town in time for a late dinner on the promenade.
