1. About Sunny Egypt

Sunny Egypt ("we", "us", "our") is a tour operator organizing guided trips, excursions and related travel services within Egypt. By booking a trip through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment (or an agreed deposit) is received and you receive a confirmation email with a booking number. You are responsible for providing accurate traveler information, including full names as they appear on passports for trips requiring identification.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in USD and EUR and are set and maintained by Sunny Egypt. The price shown at the time of booking is the price charged — we do not add hidden fees at checkout. Prices may change for future bookings but will not change on a booking already confirmed.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Arrive on time at the agreed pickup point.
• Hold valid travel documents (passport, visa) required for your trip.
• Follow your guide’s safety instructions during activities such as diving, desert excursions or temple visits.
• Disclose relevant medical conditions before activity-based trips (diving, hot air balloon, desert safaris).

6. Liability

Sunny Egypt takes reasonable care in selecting guides, drivers and third-party operators (such as dive centers and cruise ships), and requires them to meet safety standards we consider appropriate. Sunny Egypt is not liable for events beyond reasonable control, including weather, government restrictions, or acts of third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to rebook or refund affected trips.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
